Marlyze Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 December 2025
This Privacy Policy explains how iQom Dynamics VOF (trading as "Marlyze") processes personal data when you visit our website, contact us via e-mail or WhatsApp, or purchase Marlyze prescans and market insight reports.
1. Controller
The controller responsible for your personal data is iQom Dynamics VOF, trading as "Marlyze", Heierkerkweg 3H, 5928RM Venlo, the Netherlands (KvK 92890571). You can contact us at iqomdynamics@gmail.com.
2. What data we process
We process basic contact and business details (such as your name, role, company, and contact details), topic and briefing information you share for prescans and reports, report and project files we create for you, and technical data such as server logs. We do not intentionally collect sensitive data and ask you not to send this in your briefings.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process personal data to communicate with you, perform prescans and reports, and handle invoicing (performance of a contract), to comply with legal obligations (such as bookkeeping rules), and for our legitimate interests, including improving our Services and protecting our systems. Where we rely on legitimate interests, we balance our interests against your privacy and minimise impact.
4. Use of third parties
We may share data with hosting providers, e-mail and communication providers, professional advisors, and AI service providers where necessary to deliver our Services. For certain analysis steps we use OpenAI APIs; we only send the minimum necessary excerpts and according to OpenAI's current policy API data is not used to train models. We do not sell your personal data or share it with advertisers.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Where this happens, we use appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses and additional technical and organisational measures.
6. Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary: contact and project data for the duration of the business relationship and a limited period afterwards, prescan and report files typically for 12 months after the last delivery for that topic, invoices and accounting data for 7 years under Dutch law, and technical logs for around 90 days unless needed longer for security investigations.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (in particular to processing based on legitimate interests). You can exercise these rights by e-mailing iqomdynamics@gmail.com. We will respond within one month where possible.
8. Complaints and questions
If you have questions or concerns about this policy, please contact us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
